Kişisel Verilerin İşlenmesi ve Korunmasına İlişkin Aydınlatma Metni

Unilever Sanayi ve Ticaret Türk A.Ş. (“Unilever” veya “Şirket”) olarak kişisel verilerinizin güvenliği hususuna azami hassasiyet göstermekteyiz. Unilever olarak ürün ve hizmetlerimizden faydalanan kişiler dahil, Unilever ile ilişkili tüm şahıslara ait her türlü kişisel verilerin 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu'na (“KVKK”) uygun olarak işlenerek, muhafaza edilmesine önem vermekteyiz. Bu sorumluluğumuzun tam bilinci ile KVKK uyarınca “Veri Sorumlusu” sıfatıyla, kişisel verilerinizi aşağıda yer alan kapsamda ve şartlarda işlemekteyiz.

Unilever tarafından kişisel verilerinizin ne tür yöntemler aracılığıyla ve hangi amaçlar doğrultusunda işlendiği ve saklandığı hakkında diğer bilgiler için Unilever Gizlilik Bildirimi ve Çerezler Hakkında Bildirim'i inceleyebilirsiniz.

1. İşlenen kişisel verileriniz, kişisel verilerinizin işlenme amacı ve hukuki sebebi nedir?

  • Ödeme işlemlerinin gerçekleştirilmesi ve finansal süreçlerin yürütülmesi,
  • Ürün ve hizmetlerin sunulması ve teslimat süreçlerinin gerçekleştirilmesi,
  • Müşteri ilişkileri süreçlerinin yürütülmesi (siparişe ilişkin bilgilendirme, şikâyetlerinizi işleme almak ve değerlendirmek ve destek sağlanması),
  • İade ve değişim gibi satış sonrası destek hizmetlerinin sunulması.

KVKK m.5/2(c) uyarınca bir sözleşmenin kurulması veya ifasıyla doğrudan doğruya ilgili olması kaydıyla, sözleşmenin taraflarına ait kişisel verilerin işlenmesinin gerekli olması.

  • Yetkili kamu kurum ve kuruluşların Şirketimiz’den talepte bulunması veya bu kurum ve kuruluşlara bilgi ve belge sunulmasının gerekli olması halinde hukuki yükümlülüklerimizin yerine getirilmesi.

KVKK m.5/2(ç) uyarınca veri sorumlusunun hukuki yükümlülüğünü yerine getirebilmesi için zorunlu olması.

  • Olası bir uyuşmazlık halinde Şirketimizin hak ve menfaatlerinin korunması.

KVKK m.5/2(e) uyarınca bir hakkın tesisi, kullanılması veya korunması için veri işlemenin zorunlu olması.

  • Şikâyet, talep veya önerilerinizin alınması, değerlendirilmesi ve sonuçlandırılması, bu kapsamda tarafınızla iletişime geçilmesi,
  • Unilever ile olan ürün ve hizmet ilişkiniz dolayısıyla size sunduğumuz ürün ve hizmetlere, iletişim yöntemlerimize ve internet sitesi işlevselliğine ilişkin geliştirme çalışmalarının yapılması,
  • İş süreçlerinin planlanması ve koordinasyonu ve grup içi işleyişin uyumlu şekilde yürütülmesi,
  • İş süreçlerinin yerine getirilmesinde ticari ve operasyonel faaliyet gerekliliklerinin yürütülmesi.

KVKK m.5/2(f) uyarınca ilgili kişinin temel hak ve özgürlüklerine zarar vermemek kaydıyla, veri sorumlusunun meşru menfaatleri için veri işlenmesinin zorunlu olması.

  • Pazarlama (Satın alınan ürünler, alışveriş geçmişi, harcama alışkanlıkları, sepet tutarı, kampanya katılım bilgileri, promosyon kullanımı, pazarlama analizleri kapsamında elde edilen bilgiler, ziyaret edilen sayfalar, tıklama verileri, arama terimleri, görüntülenen ürün/içerikler, reklam/kampanya etkileşimleri, görüntülediğiniz içerik ve içeriğimizle etkileşim şekliniz, sosyal platformlarda ve diğer yayıncıların web sitelerinde size sunduğumuz dijital görüntülü reklamlarımız)
  • Tercih ve ilgi alanlarınızı analiz etmek,
  • Kişiselleştirilmiş ürün, hizmet, iletişim içerikleri ve kampanya önerilerinin sunulması,
  • Hedefe yönelik reklam, ürün tavsiyelerinin sunulması ve pazarlama faaliyetlerinin yürütülmesi.

KVKK m.5/1 uyarınca açık rızanızın olması.

2. Kişisel verilerinizi hangi amaçla, kimlere aktarıyoruz?

Kişisel verileriniz, Şirketimiz tarafından, yukarıda belirtilen amaçlarla, yurtiçinde ve yurtdışında bulunan aşağıdaki kişi ve kuruluşlara KVKK’nın 8. ve 9. maddelerinde yer alan kurallara uygun olarak aktarılabilecektir:

  • Yurtiçi/yurtdışı doğrudan/dolaylı hissedarlarımız ve iştiraklerimiz: İş süreçlerinin planlanması ve koordinasyonu ve grup içi işleyişin uyumlu şekilde yürütülmesi kapsamında aktarılmaktadır.
  • Yurtiçi/yurtdışı hizmet sağlayıcılar, iş ortaklarımız ve tedarikçiler: Yukarıda “İşlenen kişisel verileriniz, kişisel verilerinizin işlenme amacı ve hukuki sebebi nedir?” başlığında yer alan amaçların yerine getirilebilmesi için ticari ve operasyonel faaliyetlerimizin gereklilikleri kapsamında aktarılmaktadır.
  • Yetkili kamu kurum ve kuruluşları: Yetkili kamu kurum ve kuruluşların Şirketimiz’den talepte bulunması veya bu kurum ve kuruluşlara bilgi ve belge sunulmasının gerekli olması halinde aktarılmaktadır. Ayrıca, Unilever internet sitelerini ziyaretinize ilişkin kişisel verilerinizi ve gezinme bilgileriniz gibi trafik bilgilerinizi; güvenliğiniz ve Unilever'in ilgili mevzuat kapsamındaki yükümlülüklerinin ifası amacıyla yasal olarak bu bilgiler kanunen talep etmeye yetkili olan kamu kurum ve kuruluşlara aktarılmaktadır.

3. Kişisel verilerinizi toplama yöntemleri nelerdir?

Yukarıda belirtilen kişisel verilerinizi, internet sitesi, telefon görüşmeleri, e-posta yazışmaları ve ürün ve hizmet siparişleriniz kapsamında otomatik, kısmen otomatik veya herhangi bir veri kayıt sisteminin parçası olmak kaydıyla otomatik olmayan yöntemlerle topluyoruz.

4. Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu’ndan doğan haklarınız nelerdir?

KVKK Madde 11 uyarınca, Unilever tarafından işlenen kişisel verilerinize ilişkin bazı haklara sahipsiniz.

Bu haklarınızı (i) https://www.unilever.com.tr/contact/ adresindeki KVKK Başvuru Formu aracılığıyla veya (ii) Unilever tüketici hattı 444 25 19’u arayarak ve bahse konu KVKK Başvuru Formunu doldurarak kullanabilirsiniz.

Başvurunuzda yer alan talepleriniz, talebin niteliğine göre en kısa sürede ve en geç otuz gün içinde sonuçlandırılacaktır.

We, as Unilever Sanayi ve Ticaret Türk A.Ş. (“Unilever” or “Company”), are showing maximum care and sensitivity for the security of your personal data. As Unilever, we attach great importance to make sure that all kinds of personal data of all and any people related to Unilever, including, the people making use of the products and services of Unilever, are duly processed and kept in compliance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (the “Law”). Being fully conscious of our liability, and in accordance with the Law, we, acting as a “Data Controller”, are processing your personal data within the following scope and in accordance with the following terms.

  • Providing products and services and managing delivery processes,
  • Managing customer relationship processes (providing order updates, handling and evaluating complaints, and providing support),

Processing of personal data of the parties of a contract is necessary, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of the contract in accordance with Article 5/2(c) of the Law.

It is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the data controller is subject in accordance with Article 5/2(ç) of the Law.

Data processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise or protection of any right in accordance with Article 5/2(e) of the Law.

Processing of data is necessary for the legitimate interests pursued by the data controller, provided that this processing shall not violate the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject in accordance with Article 5/2(f) of the Law.

2. For what purposes and to whom do we transfer your personal data?

Your personal data may be transferred by our Company, for the purposes specified above, to the following persons and organizations located domestically and abroad, in accordance with the rules set forth under Articles 8 and 9 of the Law:

  • Our direct/indirect shareholders and affiliates located domestically/abroad: Transferred within the scope of planning and coordinating business processes to ensure the smooth operation of internal group activities.
  • Service providers, business partners and suppliers located domestically/abroad: Transferred within the scope of the requirements of our commercial and operational activities in order to fulfil the purposes set forth above under the heading “What personal data of yours are processed, what are the purposes and legal bases of processing of your personal data?”.
  • Authorized public institutions and organizations: Transferred in cases where authorized public institutions and organizations request information from our Company or where it is necessary to submit information and documents to such institutions and organizations. In addition, your personal data relating to your visit to Unilever websites and traffic information such as your browsing information are transferred to public institutions and organizations legally authorized to request such information by law, for your security and for the performance of Unilever’s obligations under the relevant legislation.

3. What methods do we use to collect your personal data?

We collect your personal data specified above through the website, telephone calls, e-mail correspondence, and within the scope of your product and service orders, by automatic, partially automatic, or non-automatic methods provided that they are part of any data recording system.

4. What are your rights arising out of the Law?

In accordance with Article 11 of the Law, you have certain rights regarding your personal data processed by Unilever.

You can exercise your rights listed under Article 11 of the Law by (i) contacting us through the Data Privacy Application form available at https://www.unilever.com.tr/contact/ or by (ii) calling Unilever consumer line 444 25 19 and by filling out such Data Privacy Application Form.

The requests found in your application will be resolved as soon as possible according to the nature of your request and within thirty days at the latest.
